Retreat Day

    • Join a group day on the sunny Gold Coast and learn about how a whole foods plant based diet can help you improve your cardiovascular health.

      • Our Cardiac Mentors team will guide you during the day on how to adopt a Whole Foods Plant Based Diet and how this will help with cardiovascular issues and more.  During the session you will learn about foods that have special properties, nutrition, transition foods, supplements, exercise and gut health. We will do some cooking and sample the delights of a plant based meal.

      • During the session we can talk about what success looks like.  What areas to understand in relation to changes as your health improves and the discussions you should have with your doctor as your body gets healthier.

      • A full day experience on the Gold Coast to help you kick start your journey. Each attendee makes their way to the Gold Coast where you will be hosted for the day in the beautiful Tallebudgera Valley.
      • Ebook 1: Your First 30 Days. A key book to guide you through the first 30 days including guidance on fasting and over 60 recipes broken down into each week of the first month.
      • Ebook 2: Cardiovascular Health. This book provides much of the information about general cardiovascular conditions, foods linked to nutrition to support improved cardiovascular health and exercise guides.
      • Ebook 3 WFPB Recipes.  The first of two recipe books with over 120 amazing recipes that will help you and your family enjoy the whole foods plant based lifestyle.
      • Ebook 4 WFPB Recipes Bold & Spicy. The second recipe book with a bold and spicy twist on the whole plan based recipes.  More that 90 recipe options for you and your family to enjoy.
    • Before you leave you will get a care package with one packet of flax seed and one packet of hibiscus and green tea.

    • All together including the hosted day on the Gold Coast you get 4 books with a total RRP of $149.  You get an amazing whole foods plant based meal and a great start with our mentors for the day to guide you on the journey.
      At the end of the program you can continue stay connected on the Facebook Cardiac Mentors site.  Here you will get access to cooking sessions, pod casts, more recipes and virtual group sessions on exercise and health.  I want to help you get on this journey and stay on the path so you can get back to being better.

       

      The total cost for the package is $350 per person.

      (The minimum number of people for the retreat day is 4 and the maximum is 8.)

Once payment is complete then you will get a voucher so as you can down load the books and make arrangements to attend the session.
